A titbit!
Very nice Finca for 6 persons with private pool, in a quiet area but not lonely. To Calpe or to the nearest beaches only 5 min. by car. From the living room, apartment and the terrace you can enjoy the fantastic panoramic views.
Supermarket, bars and restaurants you will find within 2 km. To the golf course San Jaime you will drive about
4 km, to the city of Calpe about 3 km, to Benissa about 5 km.

The living space is about 300 qm. In the upper floor is the main living with a large master bedroom and it's bathroom en suite with bath and shower, another double bedroom with shower bath, a large kitchen, dining room, television room and the large living room with glassed terrace. Outside on the same floor is a terrace with sunblind.
Outside steps lead downstairs to a seperate apartment with 1 double bedroom, a shower bath and the living with open kitchen. Some steps downstairs you will find the large terrace, the swimmingpool 9,5m x 4,5m with steps and the outside kitchen with barbecue, covered terrace and a shower bath. Inside the closed plot of 2.350 m2 is a parking space and a carport.

Out of the main season it's also possible to rent only the apartment for 2 persons.
