This pleasant villa is situated within a cul-de-sac aprox. 1 km from the sea (Playa La Fustera), in a very quiet urbanisation. The house is south directed and from the terrace or the living upstairs you have a nice view.
Supermarket, bars and restaurants you with find in the radius of 1 km.

The house is on 2 levels connected with inside stairs. Downstairs you come into the kitchen, beside is a shower bathroom and a storeroom, at the back a large bedroom (double bed) with its shower bathroom en suite. The stairs will take you to the second floor with 2 bedrooms (single beds), a shower bathroom and a large living. From the living there are also steps to the garden and swimmingpool.
Outside on kitchen level is a covered place, the open terrace and, separated with a gate, the large swimmingpool (10m x 5m).
