The house is directed to the south and from the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic view to the coast up to Benidorm. Shops, bars and restaurants you will find within a radius of 2-3 km. To the Golf course Don Cayo you will drive aporx. 5 km, to the port Campomanes aprox. 3 km.
