This cosy house is situated within a quiet residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac, aprox. 1 km from the LEVANTE-BEACH and only 500m from the port LES BASETES. The house is directed to the south and from the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view to the Peñon de Ifach. Shops, bars and restaurants you will find within a radius of 500m. To the Golf course San Jaime you will drive aprox. 5 km, to the city of Calpe aprox. 3 km.

The house has 2 double bedrooms, 1 shower bath, 1 toilet, a living with chimney, a glased terrace used as dining room and a full equiped kitchen. In front of the dining room is an open terrace. Around the 8m x 4m swimmingpool with roman steps is a large open terrace and as well a coverd terrace surrounded by a well-tended garden. There is also an outside shower. In the lower flat is a garage for a small car. In front of the house, within the closed plot, is a parking place.
